Also excellent as a kneading surface. pizza.It has a fold along the long side, to prevent it from slipping and an anti-slip mat. I have now 60 x 50 cm, fold 20 mm. Maybe I'll take 1 smaller one. FANTASTIC!

Excellent work plan
Truly an excellent article, starting from the very accurate packaging to which, having to give a vote, we would have been awarded a 10 and praise. The same can be said of the pastry board, sturdy but of the right thickness, the well-rounded steel grips well to move it, and thanks to the special mat extremely firm on the worktop. Much more hygienic and easy to clean than any other work surface. Vote 10 and ... a lot of praise!
