Refund Policy

In any case, the Purchaser consumer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods. In the event that the Seller has not satisfied the obligation to provide information on the existence, methods and times for returning or collecting the goods in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the deadline for the exercise of withdrawal is 12 months from the end of the initial withdrawal period and starts from the day of receipt of the goods by the Consumer. In the event that the Consumer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must notify the seller by email at info@prmacciai.it, provided that such communication is confirmed within 48 hours of receiving the product. For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, the sending of the communication may be replaced by the return of the goods purchased as long as it is within the same terms: the date of delivery to the post office or to the forwarder will prevail between the parties. The return of the goods must take place within 14 days from the formalization of the right of withdrawal. In any case, in order to have a refund, the product must be returned intact and, in any case, in a normal state of conservation. The costs related to the return of the product following the exercise of the right of withdrawal are charged to the buyer. In the event that the goods are refused, left in storage or not collected for any reason that does not depend on the Seller, Prm Acciai reserves the right to charge the costs of transport and deposits caused by the consumer Buyer.
