Shipping and Payments

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and are calculated when ordering in the cart. Estimated Delivery Time: 48 hours from the date of shipment. The Purchaser consumer has in any case the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods. The return of the goods must take place within 14 days from the formalization of the right of withdrawal. In any case, in order to have a refund, the product must be returned intact and, in any case, in a normal state of conservation. The costs relating to the return of the product following the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the purchaser. In the event that the goods are refused, left in storage or not collected for any reason that does not depend on the Seller, Prm Acciai reserves the right to charge the costs of transport and deposits caused by the consumer Buyer.
